1. To protect our customer's integrity and reputations.

Where a product has an unclear, misleading or un-secure (i.e. editable text file) license, we will place a second covering license with the product.
Any licensing issues will be dealt with through the john-chadwick.com group help desk. We are responsible for providing you with products which you purchase from us in good faith. If a license causes you a problem, please submit a ticket through the HelpDesk
Please use the Category "Licensing Issue (Resell Rights Shop)" and include the following details;
a. Who has raised the issue with you?
b. Is the issue a copyright issue?
c. Is the issue a reseller issue (i.e. have you been sold or sold incorrect rights with the product)?
d. Any other relevant information.
We will endeavour to respond to licensing issues within 24 to 48 hours however this timescale may well be dependent on another party and may not always be achievable. We will of course keep you informed of progress.
